Who’s ready to take a look at the next generation Samsung Galaxy S device? Next to the iPhone, the Galaxy S unveiling typically ranks as the next highest anticipated smartphone event. At this point, it is safe to assume Samsung will not dazzle the MWC crowd with a Galaxy S IV announcement, but instead save the festivities for an Unpacked Event.
Even though Samsung has yet to confirm the date, SamMobile has word from a “trusted insider” that the smartphone will be announced on March 15th at an undisclosed location. Based on this information, the Galaxy S IV would launch by the end of April in Asia and Europe. During May and June, we will see the release of the fourth-generation Galaxy S in Australia, Americas, and Africa.
We’re still a little over a month away from the purported announcement date, but hopefully Samsung provides something official within the next two weeks or so.
