According to the well-placed evleaks insider, it appears he has a scoop to share with us about the upcoming HTC flagship Android smartphone. It will feature high-end hardware, but also launch with the three out of the four major carriers in the United States. He reveals that AT&T, Sprint, and Verizon will each launch the HTC M7 in the coming weeks.
Notably missing from the list is obviously T-Mobile, which is unfortunate because the carrier hasn’t had a flagship HTC device since the One S. In fact, Verizon already has the DROID DNA and would be presumably adding the M7 to its arsenal. As a result, Verizon would have two excellent HTC options, while T-Mobile will have one mediocre option.
Moving on, specs and hardware includes a 4.7 inch 1080p display, 1.7GHz quad-core processor, Android Jelly Bean, Sense, 13MP rear facing camera, and 2GB of RAM. Already, the M7 is shaping up to be a beast of an Android smartphone. It sounds like we will have to wait until MWC 2013 before we hear an official confirmation on the device.
