Asus’ recent 10.1 inch Eee Pad Transformer Prime tablet is definitely gaining a lot of attention for its unique ability to transform into a portable netbook by docking with a full-sized keyboard. The Asus Eee Pad Transformer Prime then becomes an awesome tablet with enticing productivity and leisure abilities.
In any event, according to a leaked promotional image picked up by Notebook Italia, it looks like Asus has a 7 inch tablet up its sleeves that could be unleashed at CES 2012 taking place later this month. Unfortunately, we’re not sure whether the 7 inch tablet is the Asus Eee Pad Transformer Prime with a smaller screen, or a different tablet altogether. However, the tablet appears to contain docking inputs on the bottom implying a mini docking keyboard station may be available for purchase with the tablet.
Additonal speculation suggests it is the Asus Eee Memo Pad, which wouldn’t be as powerful as a smaller Eee Pad Transformer Prime, but nonetheless a solid tablet. The Memo Pad would have a 1.2GHz dual-core processor, while the 7 inch Transformer Prime would boast the NVIDIA Tegra 3 quad-core processor.
Hopefully, Asus will announce the mystery 7 inch tablet at CES 2012, so stay tuned for more information!

Maybe it's just me, but shouldn't they concentrate on at the very least fulfilling pre-orders for their last product before attempting to launch another new product?
Yeh! Right! This is absolute nonsense
