BlackFriday is typically the day people get out of bed in the early morning and head to the mall in search of deals. But RadioShack says consumers should sleep in this Friday and avoid that turkey hangover a few extra hours. Instead, get your free Android phone during normal business hours before Thanksgiving.

RadioShack is running a promotion from Sunday November 20 to Wednesday November 23, 2011, that will see more than 25 select Android phones available for free. New customers or those eligible for an upgrade on their current line will be able to walk into RadioShack and get a free phone with a two-year year agreement. This deal applies to customers for any wireless network that RadioShack supports, including AT&T, Sprint, and Verizon.

Phone selection will vary by store, but some of the choices offered include the HTC Inspire 4G, LG Thrill and Marquee, Motorola Atrix 2, and Samsung Stratosphere. You won’t see all of the headline devices that have been pushing the envelope, but there are definitely some solid phones with deals to be had. (Below is a comparison chart of each phone’s specs, broken down by carrier.)

RadioShack is also adding that if you trade in an existing or older phone, you will receive the appraised value to put toward a purchase. Since the new phone you’re getting is free, that means you can grab some accessories or just get a voucher to put towards a future purchase.
