Samsung created its Mobilers program to get “brand ambassadors” who would find creative ways to market the Galaxy S phone in Canada and the UK. The Mobilers program is returning to Canada, but instead of giving participants a free Galaxy S phone, Samsung is distributing free Galaxy Tab 10.1 tablets.

MobileSyrup was the first to spot the contest returning on the Samsung Mobile Canada Facebook page, which is now accepting applications. If you are a creative person and savvy on social media networks, this is your chance to show the web community the virtues of a Galaxy Tab 10.1 and get a free tablet in the process. The contest page also says it will offer cash prizes for the best content creation and “a grand prize that you won’t want to miss,” to sweeten the deal. I’ve seen Samsung Mobilers get free trips to Barcelona and Florida, so I’m betting the prize will be travel-themed.

In order to participate, you’ll have to be a legal Canadian resident with no ties to Samsung or any of its agents (marketing, PR, distributors, etc.) or be related to or live with anyone who would be ineligible for those reasons. Read the full contest details on the Samsung Canada Facebook page and learn how to submit an application. Entries must be submitted by July 16th when judges will select 4 winners from 4 regions (Calgary, Montreal, Toronto, Vancouver).
