Sony Reader app debuts on Android

Android Apps
Sony Electronics previously announced that it would deliver an eBook reader app for Android in January, and the company has made good on the promise. The Reader app for Android is now available for devices running Android 2.2 or higher.
Reader is designed for reading books on mobile devices, so the interface is decidedly simple. Users can swipe to turn the page, long-press to highlight passages, and quickly adjust font size or brightness. Multiple Bookmarks and Highlights can be stored and visited by pressing Menu > Jump To. The app comes with 3 books and excerpts pre-loaded.
People who also use the Sony Reader Daily Edition will be pleased to know that they can sync their accounts and activities between the two devices. So you can read your e-ink screen at home and then pick-up right where you left off when reading your phone; reading position, bookmarks, and highlights are all carried over.

Thanks, Dave

Is it a joke? All actual SONY phones running 2.1, so Sony makes application for 2.2+ .. great.
Not available in Australia, by the looks of it.
Downloaded the app, now wants me sign in to Adobe?
It keeps updateing and can’t get all my books. It sucks. Loved the old one. It always worked for me.
