Motorola, T-Mobile
The water, dust, impact and scratch resistant Motorola Defy, that made a guest appearance on Oprah last month, is coming to T-Mobile November 3. It has also gotten a price: $99 when signing a new two year contract. The Defy features a 3.7-inch touchscreen, 1.25GB of internal storage, a 5MP camera with LED flash and a 800MHz OMAP 3610 processor. The device runs Android 2.1 with the latest MotoBLUR, and also packs CrystalTalk Plus for better call quality, dual microphones that filter out background noise, Adobe Flash Lite, and DLNA for sharing media.
But the Motorola Defy’s main selling point is its robust exterior, built to resist all sorts of strains, which makes the device suitable for outdoorsy Android users and people with jobs that are physically intense.
