The LG Optimus One was announced for Asia and Europe last week, but LG declined to say if and when the phone would wash up on U.S. shores. According to a spy shot sent to The Droid Guy, the Optimus One is coming to Verizon.
The Droid Guy received a photo of the Optimus One sporting Verizon branding. According to rumors, this device will be offered by Big Red as the Vortex, and it will follow the Ally as the second midrange LG smartphone offered by the carrier.
The shots of the rumored device didn’t come with any pricing or availability details, but we at least know what to expect from the hardware side of things thanks to LG’s announcement of the Optimus One last week. The Vortex will come with 600 MHz, Android 2.2, a 3.2-inch capacitive touchscreen, and plenty more. Read the full list of specs in this post.
