Android fans have been under the impression that the Galaxy S line of phones in America consisted of the Captivate, Epic 4G, Fascinate, and Vibrant. But a leaked image of a new phone makes that line-up a starting 5 rather than 4.
The Samsung Continuum is a rumored upcoming phone for Verizon. Continuing the trend of each phone being distinctly different from the next, the hook on the Continuum is that the phone features a second mini-screen that serves as a secondary display area for notifications, weather, RSS feeds, and the like.
Spy shots from the device confirm the Verizon logo on its front and the Galaxy S branding on the back. Not much else is known about the device other than a dedicated camera button and a microSD slot on the side. We can also tell that the Continuum runs Samsung’s custom TouchWiz UI.
