Is Samsung showing off the Galaxy Tab on 9/16?
August 31, 2010 | by Andrew Kameka
Rumors, Samsung
Samsung just sent us an invite to an event that it’s hosting in New York later this month. There it will show off its “latest-Android powered device,” which could be the Galaxy Tab.
The only known devices set for the U.S. pipeline are the Fascinate and Galaxy Tab, but the Fascinate will probably already be in stores by then. So I’m inclined to guess we’re probably going to get a look at the tablet expected to land on Verizon this year. It could be a Fascinate event, but since Samsung already included that phone in a previous event that showed off all four U.S. Galaxy S phones, I’m putting my money on the Tab.
Samsung will also give a public demonstration of the Media Hub, a feature of the Galaxy S that adds several multimedia options. Samsung Mobile previously designed the Hub as “library of video and literary content powered by some of the biggest names in entertainment.”
That exactly the kind of feature I’d expect to see on a tablet.

awesome……cant wait for the Sammy Galaxy tab to release…. My recent post What Is Froyo
Puhhhhlease enough with the cryptic stuff. Unveil it already. If it is not something that would live up to my expectations, meaning a real iPad killer, Consider your business done with me Samsung. I don't have time to read every single galaxy tab article on the net, and I don't have too much money to give you. So make it good, keep it cheap or you and we will become a laughing stock to apple fanboyz.
