Motorola i1: Pre-paid Android to be available with Boost Mobile on June 20th

Boost Mobile have officially announced June 20th as the availability date for the Motorola i1 smartphone. Those interested will be able to grab an i1 from Boost Mobile as well as Best Buy locations.

In terms of specs, the Motorola i1 is a push-to-talk capable phone and features a 3.1 inch HVGA display, 5 megapixel camera with autofocus and flash, Wi-Fi, Stereo Bluetooth, GPS and more. Additionally, the i1 has a microSD card slot and comes with a 2GB microSD card included.

Other perks in terms of software include all of the usual Google goodies plus Exchange email and pre-installed versions Opera Mini 5 and Swype.

In terms of the monthly calling plan, the i1 will be able to take advantage of the $50 per month unlimited nationwide talk, text and web plan currently offered by Boost. And yes, its pre-paid so no contracts.

Lastly — the pricing, this was not yet released.
