How interested are you in an Android tablet? [POLL]

Let’s say I had an official tablet built by Google (or a partner), running Android, and on one of the nation’s largest mobile networks for data. Is that something you’d be interested in?

Well, that’s precisely what will happen based on a Wall Street Journal article suggesting that Google is going to deliver an Android-based tablet that gets data from Verizon. Details are otherwise scarce on the rumored device, but it obviously has folks talking in light of recent news that said Google would begin selling eBooks.

Do you want an Android tablet?

I was going to write a post about 5 reasons I don’t want one, key among the reasons being that I don’t need a fourth device, reading e-ink is said to be better on the eyes, and previous Android tablets have either been poorly implemented or heavily delayed. However, I quit writing that post because I believe someone will get it right eventually and make a tablet worth having.

Now I’d like to hear from you.
