Google Voice app for Android updated, now at version 0.3.4 with “improved” inbox syncronization & more

Mixed in with all of the other goodies we saw come from Google I/O yesterday, we also have news of an update for the Google Voice app on Android. And while we will fully agree that this is hardly exciting as compared to Froyo and Google TV — this is something that many of us use on a daily basis and that alone makes it welcomed.

Anyway, the Google Voice app was updated as of yesterday afternoon and is now at version 0.3.4. As for changes, there were a few which include;

  • Improved reliability of Inbox Synchronization
  • SMS forwarding can now be turned on or off from the app
  • Several bug fixes

And as you may have guesses, they also added support for Android 2.2. That said, just visit the Market on your phone to get the latest version.
