Verizon officially announces $199 Droid Incredible, confirm what we already knew

Yes, the leaks have finally led to a flood of information as Verizon has officially, officially announced the Droid Incredible. The following information comes via a Verizon press release that pretty much solidifies the information we already knew based on the many leaks that have emerged over the past few weeks.

The Droid Incredible will be available beginning April 29. The phone will cost $199.99 after a $100 mail-in rebate and a 2-year agreement.

The Droid Incredible includes a 1 GHz Snapdragon processor, Android 2.1, and HTC Sense. It features a large screen and will become a major part in Verizon’s growing Android phone collection.
