Assuming this latest report over on TmoToday is accurate, it looks like Nexus One owners will soon be able to purchase accessories in T-Mobile retail stores. According to the details, the retail stores have begun to receive a selection of goodies including covers and cases. And given that we seem to have some photographic evidence there does not seem much reason left to argue. That said, there are still plenty of other places where you can still buy Nexus One accessories including direct from Google as well as Seidio.
Of course, the real story here comes in regards to the packaging that is on the cases. The cases as pretty clearly branded as HTC, as opposed to Google. That and, they are also sporting the T-Mobile logo. Some are speculating that this suggests that the Nexus One is going to be heading into T-Mobile retail stores. Personally I am not believing that, not yet at least. But at the same time I am hoping that will be how it works.

B/S …. why not sell the phone . T-mobile you guy hustle backwards . I’m almost done with them . My contract is up in 3 months . If they don’t have a hot Android phone by then I’m gone
Have u heard of the nexus bud?
Deli. Moron, they have the best smartphone on the market, its called the Nexus One.
Mark u Dummy. T-mobile does not sell the phone themselves . I don’t send away for phone’s . I like to go to the store and pick it up .
Your loss Deli. I happily ditched my iPhone and its way better than the pre or Droid.
The NexusOne is easily the best device on the market. The 4G wimax phone looks tempting but it will probably need constant recharging
the rep at my tmo store told me several months ago that they would be getting the Nexus in store in June. I wrote it off as tmo rep rumors….until now that i see these accesories coming….it sure would be a lot easier for me to obtain the beloved N1 if it was sold in store with a subsidy….since I am on a family plan, buying outright is my only real option, but not really when it costs $600 (with tax and accesories). I am very seriously considering jumping ship for the Evo this summer when my G1 contract (finally!) ends.
I totally agree. If this phone doesnt show up in the next couple of months, bye bye tmobile, hello iphone. Its ridiculous that such an awesome isnt at a retail store for us to play with!! And waiting for accessories is ridiculous! They have you by the short ones!!!
Very interesting post thank you for writing it I just added your site to my bookmarks and will check back.
