We have seen plenty of Nexus One rumors involving Verizon Wireless lately including a March 23 release date and Sense. Of course, that second mention does not seem to be all that accurate, but that is why they are called rumors. But that March 23 date on the other hand does appear like it may be true.
According to the Chinese-language Economic Daily Times;
“HTC (High Tech Computer) has started shipping CDMA-version of the Nexus One Google phones to Verizon Wireless”
Furthermore, the paper is stating that Google will also begin to “market” the Verizon-capable Nexus One “this month or in April at the earliest.” That said, and once again this is just adding further evidence to a March 23 launch. And with that, here is to believing that HTC has actually begun shipping the phones as stated.
