Knocking Live allows Androids and iPhones to share video in harmony

The application Knocking Live, which is a live user-to-user video streaming application that was once banned from the iPhone’s App Store and then later approved by Mr. Jobs, is now available on Android. The most interesting part of this announcement is that Knocking Live is the first application that “brings multi-mobile video sharing” to the table. Now you and your iPhone friends can play nice together and share video.

Not only is Knocking Live coming to Android, the company has updated their entire website making the social network based around their service more useful. On www.knockinglive.com you can create a profile, find other users through new user profiles and “share your moments”, or discuss functionality and what-have-you on the Knocking Live forums.

I have to say the idea of being able to share video on a whim with any Android or iPhone is very appealing. I have a few friends with iPhones and a few more with Androids; having only one application that can share with both is a definite win. It’s nice that Knocking Live can bring iPhone and Android buds together at last. Now, only if they could do the same with both companies. Knocking Live beta is available in the Market now.
