The Motorola Devour’s box art has been spotted online, and it looks like a party starter. The box encourages users to “Grab Life” and “Live Life For The Story,” an obvious sign that Motorola is targeting a young, hip crowd for the Devour. Will it work? Only time will tell.
The Motorola Devour (aka Calgary) is a MOTOBLUR-sporting Android phone slated for release on Verizon sometime this year. The phone has been spotted in silver with a touch sensor in place of a trackball and reveals a QWERTY keyboard when the screen slides up. The box art reveals that the phone is made of aluminum. A previous tipster at BGR called the keyboard “nice” and “easier to use” in comparison to the Droid. There are also rumors of a 1420 mAh battery.
If the box art is any indication, Motorola believes this improved keyboard and the social networking features of MOTOBLUR will make it a hit communication device.
