“ContactsCalendarSync” connects Android and Exchange 2007

You have contacts and calendars on a Microsoft Exchange 2007 Server. You also have a T-Mobile G1 with contacts and a calendar, and want to be able to sync the two for constant, up-to-date information. Android app ContactsCalendarSync is a possible solution for storing the same information in both places.

ContactsCalendarSync adds two-way synchronization between Android and an Exchange 2007 server. User contacts and appointments can be downloaded from Exchange, edited or updated, and have the changes reflect online. Likewise, changing the data sent to Exchange will automatically update the contacts and calendar appointments stored on an Android-powered phone. This provides a second option to Touchdown, another Exchange app for Android.

ContactsCalendarSync will be available in the Android Market for $24.99 beginning Thursday, March 26. It is compatible only with MS Exchange Server 2007, and requires Exchange Web Services be enabled. The app’s developer, Wrike, recommends setting up the Autodiscover feature as well.
