Mobile gambling comes to G1 Android phone?

Web-based mobile gaming has come to the Android phones, or so says Spin3, powered by Microgaming. The mobile gaming company unveiled recently some Web-based mobile casino games targeted at G1 owners.

Spin3 said its new casino games for the Android G1 operate as web applications. The web-based games, which include Blackjack and Roulette, the progressive play slot game Major Millions and Tomb Raider eliminate the need to download and install games.

It is not clear if these Web applications are ready for prime time yet or who might make use of them to market casino gaming to G1 owners.
